Pricing:
The pricing of the various plasters styles differs due to the cost of each different product per square foot as well as the preparation of the job site walls and ceilings prior to applications.
Generic pricing is for the on average costs of these products.
Ranging from $3.00 per square foot up to $12.00 per square foot of wall or ceiling area's to be covered with the decorative stucco's / plasters.
There is a gradual drop in the costs based upon the square footage. If you are only needing a wall or ceiling done compared to a whole room or house, larger projects compared to smaller accent projects.
In the bid process we allow for the cost of the products to be used, labor, masking and floor coverings, other items can vary if it is 8 foot tall ceilings / walls and then goes up based upon height.
8 foot height are less than 9 through 12 feet high or greater as the need for scaffolding etc.
Many of our product lines require a Level 5 smooth wall finish by your drywall company.
If this is a re-model or restoration project then we have the ability to provide a level 5 smooth wall prior to the applications of the decorative stucco's.
This is an added cost based upon what is needed to provide us with a level 5 canvas in order to provide you the client with our best artistic finishes. If the canvas is not prepared correctly then it can / will effect our finished product. I personally have 23 years as a drywall finisher on all types of projects from remodel, restorations, normal residential, commercial, and high end multi million dollar projects. I understand level 5 smooth wall requirements.

Sample boards are done then approved by you prior to any applications being performed on your site.
Behr VP $3.00 to $4.50 per square foot.
Modern Masters $5.00 to $7.50 per square foot.
Atova and other Italian authentic plasters range from $5.00 to $12.00 per square foot depending on the numerous product lines available. From the Rustic Earth plasters to the High Mirror Polished Plasters.
Many of these products require multiple layers and work to produce the wonderful looks for you. There is always much more to the creation than the end product shows.
We schedule your project and work on it in a time sensitive manor through completion.
