This Job located in Panquitch Utah, was a remodel of the Kitchen, Dining, Laundry rooms and the hall / living room entry area. Hung drywall, Finish work, skimmed ceilings & walls to smooth for the final skip trowel texture. With Reitz Custom Drywall.

1952 Farm house Loa, Utah area. Basement Water damage, some mold issues taken care of.
Before pictures
Step 1, tear out bad part of ceiling and walls.
Step 2, As the ceiling was low, and the exposed pipes a concern (as this was to used as a bedroom for kids) We lowered it enough and framed in the pipes to a solid ceiling for a safer and better look.
Step 3, New Drywall Hung.
Step 4, Two coats of mud, new corner bead, textured, caulked and ready to paint.
The Owner loves the results for his old house he built long ago. With Reitz Custom Drywall. This was a 1 day project due to its far away location. It was painted later.
